Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 25, 2026

All-in TON (the “Project”, “we”, “us”) is an independent, experimental, non-commercial project built by enthusiasts for educational purposes. We collect as little data as possible. This policy explains what we handle and how. We never have access to, and will never ask for, your private keys or wallet seed phrase.

1. What we collect

We collect only what is needed to operate the Interface: (a) the login identifier, username, display name, and avatar you provide when you sign in with Telegram; (b) the wallet addresses you connect or use — your linked TON wallet and any source wallet you swap from; (c) your on-chain activity surfaced through the Interface, such as swap and quest details, amounts, USD valuations, transaction hashes, and timestamps; (d) a session cookie to keep you signed in; and (e) basic technical data produced by standard hosting logs (such as IP address) for security and operation. We do not collect sensitive personal information and do not sell your data.

2. Blockchain data is public and permanent

Because blockchains are public and immutable, any on-chain data — including your wallet addresses, the assets and amounts you transfer, and your transaction history — is publicly accessible, may be permanently recorded, and may be correlated by any party now or in the future. This is inherent to blockchains and entirely outside our control. We are not responsible for your use of any blockchain or for how your data is processed on decentralized, permissionless networks.

3. How we use it

We use the data to run the Interface: to authenticate you, attribute quests and points, compute the leaderboard, display public project statistics, and to maintain security and prevent abuse. Display names, points, and aggregate statistics may be shown publicly on the leaderboard and stats pages.

4. Third parties

The Interface relies on third-party infrastructure and services that process data on our behalf or that you interact with directly — for example, hosting and database providers, blockchain RPC providers, Telegram (for login), and Near Intents / 1Click (for swaps). Your use of those services is governed by their own privacy policies and terms, which we do not control. We share data with such providers only as needed to operate the Interface, or where required by law.

5. Retention

We keep off-chain data only as long as needed to operate the Interface or as required by law. On-chain data is permanent and cannot be deleted by us or anyone else.

6. Your choices

You can disconnect your wallets and stop using the Interface at any time. You may contact us to request access to or deletion of the off-chain account data we hold; we will make reasonable efforts to comply, but we cannot alter or remove anything recorded on a blockchain.

7. Children

The Interface is not directed to anyone under 18. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

8. Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Changes are effective when posted here. Your continued use of the Interface after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
