All-in TON (the “Project”, “we”, “us”) is an independent, experimental, non-commercial project built by blockchain-development enthusiasts purely for educational purposes — because we enjoy building interesting things. By accessing or using the Project’s website, interface, or any related software (the “Interface”) you agree to these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Interface.
The Interface is provided strictly for educational, informational, and experimental purposes. It is not a product, a financial service, a business, or an offer of any kind. Nothing here is intended to generate revenue from, or create any obligation toward, any user. We make no promises about the Interface and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, without notice or liability.
Your use of the Interface does not create any contractual, fiduciary, advisory, agency, partnership, employment, or other relationship between you and the Project or its contributors. We owe you no duties of any kind. We are not obligated to provide support, maintenance, updates, uptime, or continuity of any feature.
Our Interface is non-custodial. We never take custody of, hold, or control your funds, private keys, seed phrases, or wallets. Every transaction is initiated and signed by you, from your own wallet. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and devices, for the addresses you interact with, and for every transaction you authorize. Note that completing a cross-chain swap requires you to send your assets to a deposit address generated by the third-party Near Intents / 1Click service, which temporarily transfers those assets to a trusted swapping agent in order to fulfil the swap. Any intermediate handling of your assets during a swap is performed by that third party, not by us, and is subject to its terms and risks. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; we cannot reverse, cancel, recover, or refund them.
Any cross-chain swap, bridge, or asset exchange surfaced through the Interface is executed by Near Intents (via its 1Click API), a third-party protocol that we neither operate, control, nor are affiliated with. We are merely an interface that relays your request to that protocol. All routing, quotes, pricing, slippage, fees, deposit addresses, solver coordination, execution, settlement times, retries, refunds, and failure handling are determined by Near Intents and governed entirely by its documentation and terms. The final execution price may differ from any quote displayed before you authorize a swap, and applicable fees are determined by the protocol. Before swapping, you are responsible for reading and agreeing to the NEAR Terms of Service and the 1Click Terms of Service, which apply to your use of that service in addition to these Terms. We make no representation about the rates, fees, availability, correctness, or outcome of any swap.
You must not use the Interface for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose, including transmitting, exchanging, or otherwise using proceeds of criminal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity, money laundering, or terrorist financing; market manipulation (such as wash trading, pump-and-dump schemes, or “rug pulls”); submitting falsified or spam swap intents; attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in any bridge, solver, smart contract, or cross-chain settlement mechanism; infringing others’ rights; or circumventing any access restriction (including via VPN), sanctions, or export controls. We may restrict or terminate access at any time for any reason.
Nothing on the Interface constitutes financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or transact in any asset. Digital assets are volatile and high-risk. You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks and for your own decisions.
Any points, scores, leaderboards, quests, badges, or similar mechanics are purely for engagement and entertainment. They have no monetary value, are not currency, securities, or a financial instrument, confer no ownership, rights, or entitlement of any kind, and may be changed, reset, devalued, or removed at any time at our sole discretion. We make no promise of any reward, airdrop, token, or benefit.
The Interface relies on third-party software, protocols, wallets, bridges, blockchains, RPC providers, and smart contracts that we do not own or control. Such systems may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or may fail, be exploited, or behave unexpectedly. We are not responsible for any loss arising from third-party services, smart contracts, network congestion, forks, downtime, or your interaction with any blockchain. We do not endorse, recommend, or warrant any particular wallet, RPC provider, bridge, or other third-party service. Protocols and smart contracts may be forked, redeployed, or relicensed by third parties, producing separate codebases and risks. The Project is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the TON Foundation or any blockchain network or protocol.
Any third-party protocol, application, token, pool, or service surfaced through the Interface is wholly independent of, and has no affiliation, partnership, sponsorship, agency, or other relationship with, the Project or its contributors. We do not represent, act for, advertise, promote, market, endorse, or recommend any such protocol, and the mere inclusion of a protocol in the Interface is not a solicitation or a recommendation to use it. We feature a small selection of protocols solely as part of this educational experiment, and only because we personally find them interesting within the TON ecosystem. We have not audited, vetted, or verified any of them, receive no instruction from them, and make no representation or warranty about their security, solvency, performance, fees, rewards, APY, or continued operation. Any logo, name, badge, verification mark, audit reference, APY, TVL, or similar figure shown in the Interface is used for identification and is illustrative and informational only, may be inaccurate or out of date, and must not be relied upon. Every interaction with a featured protocol is entirely at your own risk, is governed by that protocol’s own terms, and you are solely responsible for your own research and decisions.
The Interface is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Interface will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the Project or its contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, assets, profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Interface, any swap, or any third-party service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. You use the Interface entirely at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Project and its contributors from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Interface, your transactions, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Interface is legal in your jurisdiction. You represent that you are not located in, a resident of, or accessing the Interface from any prohibited or sanctioned jurisdiction (including those listed in the NEAR and 1Click terms), that you are not a person designated on any sanctions list (including those maintained by the U.S. Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the United Nations Security Council, or the European Union), and that you will not use a VPN or other means to circumvent these restrictions. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and for determining and paying any taxes that apply to your activity.
We may add, change, suspend, or remove any feature of the Interface, and may stop operating it entirely, at any time and for any reason, without notice or liability.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted here. Your continued use of the Interface after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable licence to access and use the Interface for its intended, lawful purpose. This licence may be suspended or revoked at any time, without notice and for any reason. You obtain no other rights.
All intellectual property in the Interface — including its code, design, text, and branding — belongs to the Project or its contributors and is protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you no ownership of, or rights in, any such intellectual property beyond the limited licence above. Open-source components remain governed by their respective licences.
By using the Interface, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, and that you understand the Project is an educational, experimental effort that assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever.
